Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using MedNode AI. By accessing or using our platform you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the MedNode AI platform (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MedNode AI.
2. Description of Services
MedNode AI is an AI-powered health record management platform that allows patients to upload, organise, and share their medical documents, and enables healthcare providers to access structured patient summaries with patient consent.

MedNode AI is a health-record management tool, not a medical device, diagnostic service, or substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using MedNode AIyou represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a minor, you accept full responsibility for their use.
4. Accounts & Security
When you create an account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You must promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate
- You must not share your account credentials with any third party
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
5. Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your MedNode AI account and all associated data at any time. To exercise this right:
- Navigate to Profile → Security → Delete Account within the app, or visit mednode.in/patient/delete-account
- Submit the account deletion request form. You may optionally provide a reason.
- Your request will be processed within 3 hours (maximum 24 hours) by our team.
- You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete.
Account deletion is irreversible. Once processed, all your health records, AI analysis, documents, chat history, personal information, and account credentials will be permanently and irrecoverably deleted from our systems. You will not be able to recover this data.
What is deleted: all uploaded medical documents and records, AI-generated analysis and insights, lab trend history, chat messages, personal profile data (name, email, phone, date of birth), shared access links, and account credentials.
Cancelling a request: If you submitted a deletion request in error, contact us immediately at support@mednode.in. We will cancel the request if it has not yet been processed.
Google Play compliance: This page serves as MedNode AI's account deletion disclosure as required by Google Play policy. Users can request account and data deletion at https://mednode.in/patient/delete-account.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
MedNode AI offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans (“Pro” and “Pro+”). Paid plans provide access to enhanced features including increased upload limits, AI insights, and priority support.
- Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices may change with 30 days prior notice to your registered email
- Credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire and stack with plan limits
By completing a purchase you authorise MedNode AI to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
8. Refund Policy
All subscription purchases on MedNode AI are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription payment is made, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
We operate a strict no-refund policy for all subscription plans and credit pack purchases. Please read the following carefully before completing any purchase:
No-Refund Policy — Key Points
- ①Subscriptions are non-refundable. Once you purchase a subscription plan (Pro or Pro+), the payment made is final. No full or partial refund will be initiated regardless of when the cancellation request is made.
- ②Cancellation stops future billing, not the current period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. No refund is issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.
- ③Credit packs are non-refundable. One-time credit pack purchases (additional uploads or chat credits) are also final and cannot be refunded once purchased.
- ④No exceptions. Refunds will not be granted on the basis of partial usage, change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to cancel before the renewal date. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the free tier before upgrading.
- ⑤Technical issues. If you experience a verified payment failure or are charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error on our side, please contact legal@mednode.in within 7 days with your payment reference. Duplicate-charge claims are reviewed individually and are the only circumstance under which a refund may be considered.
How to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings under Subscription & Usage. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data remains accessible throughout the active period.
By proceeding with a subscription purchase you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the payment is non-refundable and that you have read and understood this refund policy.
9. Medical Disclaimer
The content, AI-generated insights, and information provided by MedNode AI are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
- Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any medical questions
- Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on our platform
- AI-generated insights are based on uploaded documents and may contain errors
- MedNode AI is not liable for clinical decisions made based on information from the platform
- In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately
10. Intellectual Property
The MedNode AI platform, including its software, design, brand, and content, is owned by MedNode AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of the medical documents and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant MedNode AI a limited licence to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent medical information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the platform
- Resell, sublicence, or commercialise the Service without written consent
- Upload malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
- Impersonate any person, healthcare provider, or organisation
- Violate the privacy rights of others by sharing their data without consent
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we determine that your continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including the refund policy, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall remain in effect.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MedNode AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to MedNode AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
