Refund Policy
Please review our refund policy carefully before making any purchase. All subscription payments on MedNode AI are non-refundable.
Important: Subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not trigger a refund for the current or past billing period.

Detailed Refund Policy
1. Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable
All payments made for MedNode AI subscription plans (Free, Pro, and Pro+) are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription payment is processed and confirmed, no refund — whether full, partial, or prorated — will be issued for that payment under any circumstances, including:
- Cancellation of the subscription after payment
- Partial use of the subscription period
- Change of mind or accidental purchase
- Failure to use the features included in the plan
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results or insights
- Switch to a different plan mid-billing cycle
2. Cancellation Does Not Equal a Refund
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings under Subscription & Usage. However, cancellation and refund are two separate actions:
Cancellation (available)
Stops the subscription from automatically renewing at the end of the current billing period. Your access continues until the period you paid for expires. No further charges are made after that date.
Refund (not applicable)
The payment already made for the current or any previous billing period is non-refundable. Cancelling does not initiate or trigger any refund for the amount already charged.
3. Credit Packs Are Non-Refundable
One-time credit pack purchases (additional upload credits or chat credits) are also final and non-refundable once completed. Credits that have been purchased but not yet used will remain in your account for as long as your account is active.
4. The Only Exception — Verified Technical Errors
If you are charged twice for the same billing period due to a verifiable technical error on our payment system, you may submit a claim to billing@mednode.in within 7 days of the transaction, including your payment reference number. Duplicate-charge claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are the only scenario in which a refund may be considered.
5. Free Tier
MedNode AI offers a permanently free tier that lets you evaluate the core features of the platform before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage all users to use the free tier to assess whether the service meets their needs before purchasing a subscription. The availability of a free tier means no refund exceptions can be granted on the basis of “I didn't know what I was buying.”
6. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Your Agreement
By completing a subscription purchase on MedNode AI, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and agree that the payment made is final and non-refundable. You agree that cancelling a subscription stops future billing only, and does not entitle you to any refund for the current or any previous billing period.
